Woods Decor Cancellation Policy

• Non-Furniture Items (Under Rs. 5000):

  • Cancellation before shipping: Rs. 500 or payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) as a cancellation fee.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed unless the item is defective or damaged. Replacement or refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product.

• Sofas and Furniture:

  • Custom furniture cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after placing the order. There is no 'Change of Heart' return or exchange policy.

• All Other Products:

  • No cancellations or changes allowed after delivery. Please ensure to inspect the product during delivery. Warranty-related issues will be addressed under the 1-year warranty policy.
