Woods Decor Refund Policy
Stocked Furniture:
All items are inspected before shipment, and customer inspection is required upon delivery. If a defect is found, customers must contact Woods Decor immediately. Refunds or replacements are available for defective items within 15 days of the product's return to the warehouse. Refunds are processed within 15 days, or up to 30 days for home pickups, depending on location.
Custom Orders:
Custom furniture, made to your specifications, cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Personalised Items:
These are treated as custom orders and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
Final Clearance/Sale Items:
Items on final sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This ensures transparency and clear expectations for customer purchases.
