LAYOUT SERVICES

Our team shall visit your site to take dimensions of area where you wish to keep our bespoke products.

Team shall then prepare 2D drawings with layouts taking into consideration the space requirements and constraints if any.

Then the client and Woods Decor team sits together for final discussion on final layout after changes are incorporated after suggestion from team, client and architect if involved in project.

Any changes in drawings and re-drawing the same for the client is included in the package. fabric selection, setting color moods, suggesting wall paints will be part of this service.

We will suggest the designs as per your taste and preferences and give you a layout that will transform your space and will even inspire many others who visit you.

This is a one time service where we charge for giving you a layout with Woods Decor furniture & decor items like mirrors, lamps etc., plugged into your space. Redeemable within 3 months from purchase date.

We will need an AUTOCAD file from your architect/ builder. Our designers will use the same drawing to plot Woods Decor furniture in the layout. If you are not able to find an AutoCAD file, pls share a PDF or jpeg of the layout and our designers would try their best to give you the best possible options.

The layout is a 2D digital layout with line drawings, product pictures and swatch suggestions and not a 3D rendition.

The furniture and decor suggestions will be limited to Woods Decor products only.

The fee is non refundable in case the customer does not purchase any products from Woods Decor. The customer can purchase anything from the store equaling this value.

Installation & Assembly Services

This is a chargeable service. The charges are according to the product and space in which the product needs to be assembled / installed.

There are a number of products where the assembly is not required and can be used directly. Only the products where you have an option to add assembly service requires some assembly. This can also be done easily at your end or with the help of a local carpenter. The assembly service provided by Woods Decor is optional.

The Delivery and Assembly teams are different.The delivery persons are not authorised to open the packages or assemble the same. Things we don’t do: Assembly of any furniture items that are not from Woods Decor or for the Woods Decor products which do not require assembly (Ready to use products) or for the products for which the customer has not purchased the assembly service.

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy – cancellations given less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge. Ideally, we’d recommend you to reschedule your furniture assembly appointment instead of cancelling it. Please call our customer care number for the same.

In some cases, we can be at your doorstep same day but this depends entirely on our 3rd party service team’s availability.

The Assembly Service personnel will carry their own tools required for the assembly of the products purchased from Woods Decor. They will remove the packaging from the furniture, and proceed with the assembly. They will also move the furniture to the desired location within your space.

The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises . For higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your door step. You are requested to arrange for your own labourers/ manpower to get the big products to the higher floor. Max Limit- 1st Floor.

Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will not be responsible if the furniture does not fit/ pass through the entry way/ stairway etc. Please note that any failed delivery due to any such refusal or unavailability and any subsequent attempts to deliver the goods will be charged extra by Woods Decor or the Logistics partner.

We also request you to give correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance.

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
Fee for these Services
Bed Installation: ₹ 2000 per bed plus GST
Large cabinet installation( 5ft. & Above): ₹ 2,500 per cabinet plus GST
Small cabinet installation ( Less than 5ft.): ₹ 1,500 per cabinet plus GST
Sectional sofa Installation: ₹ 1,000 plus GST
Mirror Installation: ₹ 750 plus GST
Wallpaper Installation: ₹ 750 per roll plus GST
Table Installation: ₹ 500 plus GST
Any installation & Assembly to be done outside 30km Radius of Woods Decor Showroom will attract extra logistic charges which will be as per actuals and will be well informed at time of signing up for this service.
